Do you have questions about whether you are ready for discharge from a hospital or if your skilled services are ending at a rehabilitation facility, home health agency, or hospice? You can call Kepro to help you file an appeal if you feel that you are not ready to be discharged from a hospital or if your skilled services are ending too soon.

What can you do if you are concerned about the quality of care you received?
Kepro is also available to review a quality of care concern that you or your family may have about the care that you received from your hospital, doctor, or others. You may contact Kepro to file a complaint, and your medical record will be reviewed by one of our physicians.

Do you need a concern about your medical care taken care of right away?
If you are on Medicare, you can call Kepro and ask about Immediate Advocacy. Immediate Advocacy is used to help people quickly resolve a problem about medical care or services. Immediate Advocacy often involves Kepro calling a healthcare provider on your behalf.
