We are the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization, working to improve the quality of care for Medicare beneficiaries. Our site offers beneficiary and family-centered care information for providers, patients, and families.

  • Note for callers: Our call center is impacted by a nationwide telephone provider issue. You can reach us by dialing 484-205-0112. This is a temporary number we are using until the situation is resolved with our standard toll-free numbers. 
  • Healthcare providers: While we are working through the telephone issues, please submit the medical records to Kepro as quickly as possible to avoid potential financial liability for the Medicare beneficiaries.
  • Healthcare providers: Effective October 1, 2020, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires providers to send medical records to Kepro electronically. See our medical records page for more information.
