  • Effective October 1, 2020, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires providers to send medical records to Kepro electronically. More information is available at www.keproqio.com/medicalrecords.
  • If you have questions or concerns related to Kepro’s services, as they may be impacted by a hurricane or wildfire, please contact us. We have social workers and representatives on staff to help resolve concerns quickly through Immediate Advocacy services. Information and resources for the impacted states are available by clicking on your state in the map below.
